Taiwan, Kaohsiung (February, 7, 2022) – On February 7th, FCF announces the publication of its “Code of Conduct”, the Code defines FCF’s policy on how the organization conducts itself internally and towards external stakeholders. The Code covers FCF’s ethical requirements, the company culture and implementation of corporate governance. Enabling stakeholders to better understand FCF’s ethical standard.
The Code was developed based on related international standards and combined with FCF’s core values of “teamwork, professionalism, commitment and innovation” as its foundation. A comprehensive corporate code of conduct emphasizes communication with stakeholders and detailed data verification and protection. The Code covers 9 major pillars : Labor and human rights, Health and safety, Business implementation, Data protection, Corporate transparency, Environment and society, grievance mechanisms, Performance evaluations and Review mechanism.
FCF commits to regularly reviewing international and industry best practices as well as relevant legal requirements to update FCF’s code of conduct. FCF will conduct internal audits to ensure the code of conduct is implemented at a strategic and operational level through the company’s management system.
