FCC’s business scope includes aquatic products processing, aquatic products trading and cold storage.
This includes ownership of a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in the Fujian Province, China. This facility’s cold storage is ISO9001-2008 certified, which means its processes and services consistently meet customer expectations.
FCC operates 7 individual chilling rooms with advanced facility and control system, equipped with 4 sets BITZER (Germany) compressors and EVERY CONTROL (Italy). All operations are computer monitored for quality consistency.
In the cold storage section, there are 14 cold storage rooms with the capacity up to 12,000 tons in total. The average temperature is well maintained, ranging from -22~℃-25℃.
FCC uses a steel racking system for storage of product to prevent and avoid damages.
