(Bali, Indonesia) January 24th, 2024 – In a landmark move for community health and environmental sustainability, ANOVA, a subsidiary of FCF Co., Ltd., has successfully launched the ‘RO Water for Schools’ initiative. This initiative, embodying ANOVA’s commitment to social responsibility, has brought state-of-the-art reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration systems to numerous schools, providing students with access to clean and safe drinking water.
Arthur Yeh, Executive Vice President of FCF, spoke highly of the initiative: “At FCF Co., Ltd., we firmly believe in contributing positively to the communities we serve. The ‘RO Water for Schools’ project, spearheaded by ANOVA, is a shining example of our efforts to promote public health and environmental consciousness among the younger generation.”
Key aspects of the initiative include:
- Installation of Advanced RO Systems: Ensuring that students have access to purified water, free from contaminants and pollutants.
- Distribution of Reusable Tumblers: Complementing the RO systems, durable and eco-friendly tumblers were provided to students, significantly reducing plastic bottle use and promoting sustainable practices.
- Educational Outreach: The initiative goes beyond just providing clean water; it includes educational programs to raise awareness among students about the importance of clean water and the impact of plastic waste on the environment.
The project has already seen significant success, with reports of improved hydration and health among students and a noticeable reduction in plastic waste in 4 participating schools. Looking forward, ANOVA and FCF Co., Ltd. are committed to continuing their CSR efforts, with plans to expand the ‘RO Water for Schools’ initiative and explore new ways to make a positive impact on society and the environment.
